Lincoln & York – EuroGastro – Warsaw
This month, Lincoln & York are excited to be heading to Warsaw, Poland as attendees and proud sponsors of the 22nd EuroGastro trade fair! The event will span over three days (21/03/18- 23/03/18) and will take place at the Trade Fair and Congress Centre MT Polska.
Established in 2008, the centre itself, is one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in Poland. It’s one of a few places which boasts the capacity, amenities and solutions needed to organise and host large-scale events. From trade fairs to fashion shows, to banquets, galas and sporting events, each year it hosts around 200 events and welcomes more than 200,000 visitors.
The EuroGastro trade fair is regarded, by the Polish hospitality industry, as one of the most important events of the year. Not only does it provide a platform for the confectionery, bartending and barista sectors to showcase their comprehensive range of products and services, but it generates an arena for visitors to acquire new knowledge, absorb the latest trends and exchange ideas with peers too.
As one of the UK’s leading coffee sourcing, roasting and packing specialists, Lincoln & York saw this as an ideal opportunity to heighten brand offerings, by demonstrating how we are the essence behind some of the UK’s most adored coffee brands.
Our stand will provide an insight to the sourcing and manufacturing process behind some of Lincoln & York’s most unique blends; educating visitors of some of the reasons why we prove so popular. Away from the stand you can expect to be engrossed by the more complex processes of coffee in a personalised and unique experience (which many don’t get to see).
We hope to attract people from all avenues from within the hospitality industry and intrigue them through our meticulous processes and bespoke services. Additionally, we’d like to think sampling the goods will secure an added level of interest too!
Our team of specialists will be on hand to present and guide any guests, or visitors, through the several splendid stages of our coffee making process. Firstly, Head of Roasting, Tom and Coffee Buyer and Taster, Rebekah, will be sharing their knowledge, and giving a personal insight to all things coffee, including alternative types of roasters and ‘how to build a roasting curve’. Finally, there will be two express tasting sessions, for guests to be able to experience the effects of different coffee blends and styles from around the world.
